瑜伽经络是将传统瑜伽与东方医学相结合的练习方法。这种内外兼施的和缓运动,通过独特的瑜伽动作作用于全身的经络和经穴,结合适当的经穴刺激以产生自然能量,达到祛除身体异常,塑身健体的效果。 现在社会生活节奏快,各种压力大,各种想法多,耗费身体的同时更耗费精气神,阴瑜伽简直就是针对这种生活状态最好的解药。经常练习阴瑜伽不但可以补充气血还可以调整心态,以更积极阳光的心态去面对一切。
