Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic form of yoga that challenges the body and the mind. When practiced with focus and attention to the breath, will leave you feeling pleasantly exerted, calm and clear-minded. Ashtanga Vinyasa comes with all the benefits of a regular yoga practice - strength, flexibility, stress management, and inner peace. Because the series is so demanding, you will get really strong really fast. All parts of the body are being worked on. This class is great for those who love to challenge. One hour practice synchronized with breath and movements, come prepared to sweat! Level: Intermediate Intensity: Medium
