Service Description

Wheel Yoga is designed with a series of yoga postures with variations on the yoga wheel. This style of yoga can help to provide deep stretch and relax the chest, back and neck muscles, improve back spine alignment and body posture, has a therapeutic effect for chronic back pain, and to strengthen the various body supporting structures. Wheel Yoga also helps body to build strong core through various modified yoga postures. ​This class is suitable for all levels.

Cancellations take place less than 3 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
