Yin Yoga Stomach & Spleen Meridian

  • 68 Singapore dollars

Service Description

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates deep breaths and long holds of 3-5 minutes or even more. In Yin yoga, we believe that our organ meridians form pairs. Each Yin organ will pair with a Yang organ to maintain a balance. Each organ pair’s Chi has specific functions in our body and is linked to a particular element and different emotions. Emotional imbalance can be a sign of unbalanced Chi. Yin Yoga for Stomach and Spleen meridians help to remove blockages, improve and enhance energy flow to both our stomach and spleen organs. The physical imbalance of stomach and spleen meridians may result in stomach problems, weak digestion, poor appetite, loose stools, constipation, bloating, vomiting, heaviness and swelling in the body, fatigue, pain or tenderness in the nose or mouth area and mental instability. The stomach and spleen meridians are also associated with emotions like worry, anxiety, nervousness, overthinking or dwelling too much on an issue, self-doubt, self-pity, regret or low self-esteem. Balancing our stomach and spleen meridians not only help to improve our physical and mental state, but also lead us to stronger willpower, creativity, more open to possibilities for changes, acceptance, deep thinking and a greater self-esteem.
