Align yoga sessions focused on alignment of your body in different yoga postures. With constant practice and understanding of alignment in poses, this will give you an awareness of your own body structure and establish a safe basis for your yoga practices. Proper alignment allows the body to stretch and open while minimizing the risk of injury to the body. Better alignment can also enable you to become more aware of your body and practice acceptance. Correct posturing also keeps the body happy and healthy. Alignment also adds ease and grace to a yoga practice. Align yoga makes use of props like yoga blocks and straps, to create various modifications for postures. The purpose of props is to help develop correct alignment, without affecting the posture. We believe that a good and proper alignment is important. Alignment is not about perfection, it’s about what works for each individual and their bodies. It is important to note that functionality is more important than how a posture looks. Align yoga is suitable for all levels, as instructors will guide and modify according to the various body structures.
Cancellations take place less than 3 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
