Service Description

Backbend Yoga class is designed with postures to nourish the spine and to stretch and create space in the front body. ​ These postures energize the body, relieve stress and anxiety, greatly improves the flexibility of the shoulders while releasing the tightness and tension of the upper, middle, and lower back. Level: All Levels Intensity: Low to Medium
