Service Description
There is a natural cycle of life, moving through beginning, sustaining, and letting go. Becoming more in tune with the different phases of the moon help you understand your emotions and further expand your practice. Yoga is about self-realization, and when we connect to the lunar cycles we tune into our true nature. Flow with the Moon, a yoga flow practice which includes moon salutations that cool the body down and help the mind maintain equanimity and calm. This helps to calm the central nervous system and prepare the body for rest. When aligned with a steady and slow breath, this cooling set of yoga poses can help alleviate sleep problems and wind down your mind before bed for an overall increase in wellness. It is vital to maintain a connection with your breath and allow your inhale to precede each transition slightly. Level: All Levels Intensity: Low to Medium
