Service Description

Hatha Yoga includes the practice of postures and breathing exercises, which help bring peace to the mind and body. It is a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures in a relaxing flow. ​ Hatha Yoga is ideal for beginners or people who are new to yoga, and wish to focus more on the gentle, slower-pace, or meditative aspects of a practice. One can expect a powerful experience of self-transformation to align the whole body, mind, and soul. Level: Beginner to Intermediate Intensity: Low to Medium

Cancellations take place less than 3 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
