Service Description

Start your day with Morning Yoga Stretch to help you feel relaxed and more in tune with your body and mind. It can kick off your day in the right way, leaving you ready to take on the world. Waking up stiff in the morning due to lack of movement during the night, a delicious yoga stretch will encourage you to move your body in a way that truly wakes important muscles up. In addition, starting your day with stretch movement helps you tune into your breath and prep yourself for the day ahead, achieving your goals both physically and mentally. Morning stretches also promote circulation, improve your postures, reduce risk of injuries, and prepare your mind to better manage your stress with induced relaxation. Level: All Levels Intensity: Low to Medium
