Service Description
Yin Restorative Yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your body and mind. It offers a perfect antidote to the stresses of a busy life and provides a wonderful balance for more active practices. The session features a simple sequence of restful postures, supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, allowing you to find comfort, ease, and deep release in the body. Each posture is held for several minutes, accompanied by simple breathing techniques and gentle stretches, to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and promote relaxation and deep healing on all levels. This practice helps improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility, while fostering mental calm, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Yin Restorative Yoga is accessible for everyone, regardless of experience, fitness level, or physical limitations. It is especially beneficial for those recovering from illness or injury, experiencing chronic pain, or simply seeking a restorative pause. Cancellations take place less than 24 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
