Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Combining both Yin and Yang elements in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on our energy level.

Intensity: Low to Medium
Cancellations take place less than 3 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
