Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with mindful, long-held postures. In this practice, postures are typically held for 45 seconds to 3 minutes or longer, targeting the body’s deep connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and joints. By holding poses while remaining relaxed, Yin Yoga softens the muscles, stimulates circulation, and improves joint flexibility, helping to release tension accumulated from daily stress, sedentary habits, or intense physical activity. This practice also works with the body’s energy channels, known as meridians in TCM or nadis in Hatha Yoga, helping to balance energy flow while fostering mental calm and emotional clarity. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, body awareness, and alignment, providing a holistic experience that benefits both the physical and energetic body. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking: - Beginners looking for a gentle introduction to yoga - Sports athletes aiming to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery - Enhanced body awareness and proper alignment - Deep stretching and release of tension - Relaxation, stress relief, and calming the mind Through slow, passive postures and mindful breathing, Yin Yoga allows the nervous system to reset, helping you release tension, restore balance, and rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. By the end of each session, you’ll feel grounded, flexible, and deeply restored, carrying a sense of calm, focus, and inner harmony into your daily life.
