Service Description

Yoga Stretch is a series of gentle movements and longer holds to help relieve tension within the tight muscles, pain, and lactic acid in the body. These stretches loosen stiff joints and ease out aching muscles while soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Yoga Stretch focus on stretching for flexibility, breath work for sharp focus and patience, better balance and stability. An overall feeling of ease and peace may last for several minutes to several hours after class. This class is great for beginners, or sports athletes with tight muscles.​ It is also a wonderful class for the regular practitioner who wants an all over stretch. Level: Beginner Intensity: Low to Medium

Cancellations take place less than 3 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
