瑜伽柔韧拉伸 (Yoga Stretch) 很缓和、很松弛而且不带竞争性,它可以产生某种微妙的感覺,並传给肌肉。瑜珈伸展以身体伸展与呼吸为主,配合基礎的体位法,简单的练习方式,渐进式增进肌力与柔软度,並且感受自己的內心,纾解肌肉僵硬和酸痛的问题,並且增加身体的灵活性同时提供身心所需的休息。
