Ming discovered yoga in 2007 while she was still a fresh graduated. Thereafter, she started her career and was busy with her work. In order to maintain a work-life balance, she tried many types of activities, and Yoga was still her favorite. This leads her to pusuit the life of truth, goodness and beauty. She began to have realization and awareness of her inner self, striving for a balance lifestyle with positive mind and attitude, which leads her to the journey of a yoga teacher.
Ming teaches a variety of yoga style, which includes power, strength, dynamic, deep stretches and healing. She emphasizes on the use of yoga props to enhance alignment and pose advancement. Ming also loves breathing and pranayama practices. Life with rhymic breathing and subtle prana gain well stabilise between body, mind and spirit. She strongly believes that everyone deserves the right to choose how to be healthy, peaceful and calm.
Ming is also specialised in Pre and Post-natal yoga and help both mummy and their babies with their wellbeing. Ming loves children too and run classes and workshop to help them with positive development. As a certified aerial yoga instructor, Ming also conduct aerial yoga for children or family workshop to create bonding.
