  • Pace yourself – Avoid overexertion; if you can’t speak normally during the session, slow down.

  • Stay cool and hydrated – Use a well-ventilated space and drink water.

  • Listen to your body – Avoid positions beyond your comfort level. Stop immediately if you notice pain, vaginal bleeding, decreased fetal movement, or contractions.
