Service Description

Prenatal Yoga is a specialized, gentle practice designed to support the well-being of both mother and baby throughout pregnancy. Each session is carefully customized according to the stage of pregnancy, addressing the unique physical needs, energy levels, and emotional experiences of expectant mothers. Our practice goes beyond general prenatal yoga by considering mother’s health, emotional balance, and stress management, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Through adapted postures, gentle stretches, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness, we help alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, swelling, fatigue, and tension, while also promoting better sleep, calm, and emotional stability. As part of our signature services, sessions are further tailored to support the growth and development of the baby, helping ensure optimal quality growth while fostering a deeper mother-baby connection. Expectant mothers will experience enhanced strength, flexibility, and posture, as well as emotional resilience, confidence, and awareness, creating a holistic foundation for a healthier pregnancy. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations take place less than 24 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
