We emphasize proper alignment and modifications to ensure safety, while promoting strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
At Ministry of Yoga Wellness, we want every session to be a calm, seamless, and enjoyable experience for you. To help us serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 1. Notice Period - If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us keep schedules flexible and open for others. 2. Cancellation Fees - More than 12 hours’ notice: No charge – thank you for your consideration. - Less than 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee applies. - Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-shows: Full session fee applies. 3. Package Sessions - For clients with session packages, cancellations or missed sessions will be handled as follows: - Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-shows: 1 session will be deducted from your package. 4. Rescheduling - We understand that life happens! Rescheduling is always welcome if done within the 24-hour notice period, subject to instructor availability. We truly appreciate your understanding and communication. Timely updates help us maintain the highest quality experience for you and all our clients. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
