Cancellation Policy
MOYW HOME STUDIO BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY By booking or attending an MOYW Home Studio session, you agree to the following: 1. Booking Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Your session is confirmed once the booking and required payment have been completed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed. Normal bookings: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability. With less than 12 hours' notice or for a no-show, the full session fee applies. Plan bookings: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability. With less than 12 hours' notice or for a no-show, the booked session will be deducted from your plan. 3. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival will not extend the scheduled session time, and the session will end at the original scheduled time. 4. Rescheduled Sessions All rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. New dates and times are subject to available slots and instructor availability. 5. Plans & Packages Plans and session credits are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Sessions must be used within the applicable plan validity period. Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward unless otherwise stated. 6. Payments & Refunds Confirmed bookings and payments are generally non-refundable. Where sufficient notice is provided, eligible bookings may be rescheduled according to the terms above. 7. Session Changes by MOYW If MOYW needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative session. Where a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, an appropriate credit or refund may be provided. We appreciate your understanding and consideration. Timely communication helps us maintain a smooth schedule and provide the best possible experience for all our clients. By booking a Home Studio session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
