Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy for Client Location Sessions At Ministry of Yoga Wellness, we aim to create a seamless, relaxing experience for every session, wherever you are. To help us manage our schedule and serve all clients effectively, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy. 1. Normal Bookings - Cancellation: Bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed. - Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. - Less than 24 hours’ notice, late cancellation, or no-show: The full session fee applies. 2. Package Bookings - Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. - Less than 24 hours’ notice, late cancellation, or no-show: One session will be deducted from the package. *Important Note for Client-Location Sessions - For sessions held at the client’s location, the client is responsible for ensuring that the agreed venue is accessible and ready for the session at the scheduled time. - If the instructor arrives at the agreed location but is unable to access the premises, the client is unavailable, or the session cannot proceed due to circumstances within the client’s control, this will be treated as a no-show, and the applicable session fee or plan deduction will apply. - Please ensure that any necessary access arrangements are made in advance to allow the session to begin on time. 3. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is welcome when requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, subject to available slots and instructor availability. We appreciate your understanding and consideration. Timely communication helps us maintain a smooth schedule and provide a quality, flexible, and relaxing experience for all our clients. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the above Booking & Cancellation Policy for Client Location Sessions.
