Cancellation Policy
MOYW CLIENT LOCATION BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY By booking or attending an MOYW session at your location, you agree to the following: 1. Booking Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Your session is confirmed once the booking and required payment have been completed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed. Normal bookings: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours' notice or for a no-show, the full session fee applies. Plan/Package bookings: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours' notice or for a no-show, the booked session will be deducted from your plan/package. 3. Late Arrival & Session Start Please be ready to begin at the scheduled time. Any delay caused by the client will not extend the session, and the session will end at the original scheduled time. 4. Venue Access & Readiness The client is responsible for ensuring that the agreed venue is accessible, suitable and ready for the session at the scheduled time. Please arrange any required visitor registration, security clearance, entry instructions, parking/access information or other necessary arrangements in advance. If the instructor arrives at the agreed location but cannot access the premises, the client is unavailable, or the session cannot proceed due to circumstances within the client's control, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full session fee or applicable plan/package deduction will apply. 5. Rescheduled Sessions All rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. New dates and times are subject to available slots and instructor availability. 6. Plans & Packages Plans and session credits are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Sessions must be used within the applicable validity period. Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward unless otherwise stated. 7. Payments & Refunds Confirmed bookings and payments are generally non-refundable. Where sufficient notice is provided, eligible bookings may be rescheduled according to the terms above. 8. Session Changes by MOYW If MOYW needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative session. Where a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, an appropriate credit or refund may be provided.
