Service Description
Sound bath helps realign, re-tune and raise your body’s vibrational frequency with different pitches and tones created by various healing instruments. Feel the resonance of these vibrating sound waves, as you bring your body’s emotional, physical and mental energies into alignment. Sound bath helps you focus on the present moment and clear your mind of distractions. It can help you get rid of negative emotions, like anger and frustration. It can help you achieve deeper states of relaxation, which can lead to better sleep, reduced stress levels, and improved moods. Sound bath is especially useful for people who struggle with insomnia. It also promote spiritual well-being, increase energy levels, and enhance creativity. Participants can either lie down on the mat or get seated comfortably during the session. Recommended to get yourself dressed in loose and comfy clothing for better experience.
Cancellation Policy
At Ministry of Yoga Wellness, we want every session to be a calm, seamless, and enjoyable experience for you. To help us serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 1. Notice Period - If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us keep schedules flexible and open for others. 2. Cancellation Fees - More than 12 hours’ notice: No charge – thank you for your consideration. - Less than 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee applies. - Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-shows: Full session fee applies. 3. Package Sessions - For clients with session packages, cancellations or missed sessions will be handled as follows: - Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-shows: 1 session will be deducted from your package. 4. Rescheduling - We understand that life happens! Rescheduling is always welcome if done within the 24-hour notice period, subject to instructor availability. We truly appreciate your understanding and communication. Timely updates help us maintain the highest quality experience for you and all our clients. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
