Cancellation Policy
At Ministry of Yoga Wellness, we aim to create a seamless, relaxing experience for every session, wherever you are. To help us serve you and all our clients effectively, please take a moment to review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: 1. Notice Period - If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Your timely communication helps us plan effectively and offer sessions to others. 2. Cancellation Fees - More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge – thank you for your consideration. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee applies. - Less than 4 hours’ notice or no-shows: Full session fee applies. 3. Package Sessions - For clients with session packages, cancellations or missed sessions will be handled as follows: - Less than 4 hours’ notice or no-shows: 1 session will be deducted from your package. 4. Rescheduling - We understand that plans can change! Rescheduling is always welcome if requested within the 48-hour notice period, subject to instructor availability. We appreciate your understanding and communication, as it allows us to maintain quality, flexibility, and a peaceful experience for all our clients. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
