Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep, an ancient meditation and deep relaxation technique often described as “the sleep that awakens pure being.” Through guided breath work, visualization, and deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra helps release subtle tensions held in the subconscious. You enter the state between asleep and awake, fully conscious while the body and mind experience the deepest stage of rest. Regular practice of Yoga Nidra promotes deep relaxation, heightened self-awareness, and emotional balance, allowing you to restore, renew, and rejuvenate your body and mind.

Cancellation Policy
At Ministry of Yoga Wellness, we want every online session to be calm, mindful, and stress-free. To help us provide the best experience for you and all our clients, please take a moment to review our guidelines: 1. Notice Period - Kindly provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an online session. Timely notice helps us keep schedules flexible for everyone. 2. Cancellation Fees - More than 6 hours’ notice: No charge – thank you for letting us know. - Less than 6 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee applies. - No-shows: Full session fee applies. 3. Package Sessions - If you booked a session package, cancellations or missed sessions will be handled as follows: - Less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows: 1 session will be deducted from your package. 4. Rescheduling - We understand that life can be unpredictable! Rescheduling is welcome if requested within the 6-hour notice period, subject to instructor availability. We truly appreciate your communication and understanding, as it allows us to maintain a smooth, high-quality experience for all clients. By booking an online session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
